– 1982, Foundation

The Company was founded in Wiesbaden on February 20, 1982 and commenced operations in May/June 1982;
Entry in the Commercial Register of the Wiesbaden District Court was made on April 6, 1982 under the register No. HRB 5363.

– 1982, Approval / Authorization

By certificate of recognition dated 14.04.1982 from the “Hessian Minister of Economics and Technology” the company was recognized as an “auditing company”. By certificate of recognition dated 03.05.1982 by the “Hessian Minister of Finance” the company was recognized as a “tax consulting company”.

– 1990, Branch office

Since 01.08.1990 a dependent branch office exists in Weißenfels, Beuditzstraße 62 (Saxony-Anhalt).

– 2020, Quality Control Audit

Certificate of participation in the quality control procedure pursuant to Section 57a (6) sentence 7 WPO has been available for the first time since 2005 and is valid until 2026.
